When will my order ship?
We aim to dispach all orders within 24 hours from the time of purchase, with the exception of weekends. Our team works fast to make sre your new jewelry arrives as quick as possible.
Will I be charged handling custom fees, duties and taxes?
Yes. There may be duties, taxes or handling fees incurred on your shipment. These charges will be the customer's responsibility. Tax and custom charges are dependent on your country law & regulations. Tova Jewelry does not have nay control over these fees and we cannot advise as to what the cost will be, as they vary by country.
Are White Gold Or Rose Gold available?
Yes, some products will have the option for either yellow gold, white gold or rose gold.

Purchases made onlince can be financed through Affirm, Klarna and Zip. Once youve been approved for a line of credit, you may check out through our online store like you normally would and the financing options will be presented to you.

How much is the shipping cost?
Economy Shipping: The flat rate is free, out of the USA price varies.
Express shipping: The flat rate is $32.99, out of the USA price varies.
How long is the shipping time?

3-5 business days with USPS first class shiping. We also offer UPS 2nd Day Air.
International
7-14 business days.
Who pays for shipping on returns or exchanges?
Buyers are responisble for return and exchange shipping cost. The items must be shipped back in its original condiition.
What is your return/exchange policy?
Jewelry in its original condition, may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Used / Damged / Scratched jewelry are not returnable for a refund. To start a return or exchgange simply at email: help@tovajewelry.com.
How long will it take for my return to be processed?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have recived your returned item(s). This email will also confirm that your refund has been issued. Please allow 3-5 days for this process.

Does your jewelry contain nickel?
All of our jewelry is solid 14k gold. Some solid 14k gold metals may contain small amounts of nickel. Solid 14k rose gold includes copper.
Can it be worn in water?
Yes, our solid 14k gold can be worn in water and wont tarnish. Acidic and abrassice products should be avoided. We also suggest removing your jewelry when there is a risk of it being pulled.

How do I care for my jewelry.
